Gentle on the Product
Suitable for shear-sensitive media and liquids containing fragile ingredients.
A peristaltic pump is a hose pump that uses rotating shoes to compress a reinforced rubber hose. This creates continuous suction at the inlet and pushes product to the outlet. The casing contains a food-grade lubricant to reduce friction and support performance. The pumped product is in contact only with the inside of the rubber hose, allowing a wide range of reactive products to be handled.
Pump for transfer, emptying or taking samples of viscous and/or abrasive products. Also suitable for shear-sensitive media and liquids containing fragile ingredients. Examples: fruit concentrate, tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, egg white & yolk, natural flavouring, cream, milk and yogurt, water & salt mixtures, fats, gelatine, etc.
Simple, robust hose pump technology for demanding products and flexible operation.
Suitable for shear-sensitive media and liquids containing fragile ingredients.
Designed for transfer, emptying and sampling of viscous and/or abrasive products.
Seal-less construction with ability to withstand dry running.
Self-priming up to 9 m and reversible flow support flexible operations.
Flow is in direct linear relation to pump speed; gearbox options tailor duty point.
Limited number of wear parts and robust, simple design.
Below is the complete peristaltic pump range and variants (connections) as a reference for ordering. Final selection depends on speed, viscosity and system conditions.

Share viscosity, temperature, flow and discharge pressure. We’ll propose the best peristaltic pump model and connection option for your line.
Quick answers about hose pump operation and selection.
The pumped product contacts only the inside of the hose, while the casing uses food-grade lubricant to reduce friction. This supports a broad range of media including reactive products.
Peristaltic pumps are commonly selected for their ability to withstand dry running and their seal-less design. Always verify limits for your specific duty.
Choose the connection standard that matches your plant piping and hygienic requirements. If unsure, share line standards and we’ll recommend the matching variant.
We’ll propose the right peristaltic pump model, motor and connection variant for your process.
Provide viscosity range, temperature, flow (min/nom/max), discharge pressure and connection standard. We’ll recommend the best model (PT20–PTX80) and ordering variant.
