WIKA S-11 Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter
The WIKA S-11 Pressure Transmitter is a flush diaphragm pressure transmitter designed for precise electronic pressure measurement in hygienic and industrial process applications.
It is especially suitable for viscous, paste-like, adhesive, crystallising, contaminated and particle-laden media where conventional pressure ports may become clogged.
With stainless-steel process connections, vacuum-tight construction, multiple output signals and measuring ranges from low mbar/bar ranges up to high-pressure applications, the S-11 is suitable for food, beverage, filling, packaging, dosing, level measurement and general process industry applications.

Flush Diaphragm Technology for Difficult Media
The WIKA S-11 uses a flush process connection with the wetted diaphragm integrated into the process. This helps prevent media from entering and blocking a conventional pressure channel.
This design is useful in processes with sticky, viscous, crystallising or particle-containing fluids, where dead spaces and clogged pressure ports can cause measurement errors or maintenance problems.
All flush process connections are made of stainless steel, fully welded, and isolate the medium from the pressure measuring instrument through a positive seal.
Measuring Ranges in bar, mbar, MPa and psi
The WIKA S-11 is available with a broad selection of measuring ranges. Gauge pressure versions cover low ranges such as 0 ... 0.1 bar and extend up to 0 ... 600 bar. The same range family is also available in mbar, MPa, psi and further engineering units.
For vacuum and compound pressure applications, ranges such as -0.6 ... 0 bar, -1 ... 0 bar, -1 ... +0.6 bar, -1 ... +1.5 bar, -1 ... +3 bar, -1 ... +5 bar, -1 ... +9 bar, -1 ... +15 bar and -1 ... +24 bar are available.

Flush and Hygienic Process Connections
The S-11 is available with G ½ B flush, G 1 B flush and hygienic G 1 B flush process connections. These connections are designed for direct process integration and reliable sealing in difficult media.
The G ½ B flush version is available for measuring ranges from 0 ... 2.5 to 0 ... 600 bar. The G 1 B flush version is suitable for lower ranges from 0 ... 0.1 to 0 ... 1.6 bar. The hygienic G 1 B flush version, in accordance with 3-A sanitary standards, is available from 0 ... 0.1 to 0 ... 25 bar.
Cooling elements are available for high medium temperatures, while food-compatible fill fluid can be selected for applications in the food and beverage industry.
